Institutional Updates & Industry Sessions.

A running record of RESMA's institutional milestones, expert sessions and the professional network that carries its knowledge forward.

RESMA leadership — twenty years of institutional experience in Ahmedabad
Milestone

20+ Years. One Continuing Commitment.

Since 2004, RESMA has worked from a simple belief — that an industry grows when its experience is shared. Over 20+ years, that belief has brought together 500+ stakeholders, 25+ professional programmes and 70+ industry experts and practitioners across the real estate ecosystem.

But the legacy is not only the number of people who have participated — it is the experience, relationships and professional knowledge accumulated along the way. Each programme, each expert session and each professional connection has added to a body of knowledge that now outlives any single course or cohort.

That accumulated knowledge is the foundation on which RESMA continues to build — for the professionals who have already passed through its programmes, and for the generation of professionals still to come.

RESMA Expert Vision Meetings

Long before "knowledge platform" became RESMA's language for itself, the institution was already convening practitioners and industry stakeholders for expert interaction and knowledge-sharing. One of the earliest recorded examples: the 2006 panel "Investment Avenues in Real Estate Markets – Ahmedabad," featuring Bhargav Desai, Sandeep Singh, N.K. Patel and Ravi Ahuja.

That panel is a single frame from a much longer practice — RESMA has continued to bring experts and practitioners together for vision meetings, panel discussions and knowledge-sharing sessions in the years since, each one adding to the institutional record rather than standing apart from it.

From An Academy Of Courses To A Knowledge Platform

RESMA is evolving — from an academy of courses to a platform for professional knowledge. From courses to knowledge. From individual experience to institutional memory. From learning to practice.

The platform rests on six pillars: Learning, Experts, Cases, Network, Knowledge and Future — each one connecting today's industry with tomorrow's professionals.
