Programme

Land Revenue & Records Appreciation

A focused appreciation of the revenue records, forms and land administration systems that underpin every real estate transaction.

18Sessions
10Participants per Batch
Overview

Where every real estate decision begins.

Long before a property is marketed, financed or developed, it exists as a record — a 7/12 extract, a survey number, a revenue form. This programme builds a working appreciation of the revenue systems and land records that determine ownership, rights and transactions across the real estate ecosystem.

It is designed for revenue professionals, developers and real estate professionals, advocates and legal professionals, consultants, and college graduates who need a grounded, practical understanding of land records before they can responsibly advise on or execute real estate decisions.
